For security reasons, rtp996 only processes withdrawals to a wallet that matches the registered account name. Withdrawals to a third party's wallet cannot be processed. This is to protect players' funds and prevent financial fraud.

A pending status is a normal processing step. The system checks the amount, verifies that the wallet name matches, and confirms whether the wagering requirement for any bonus has been met before proceeding. If it stays pending for over 1 hour, contact us via Live Chat.

After rtp996 confirms your withdrawal, the funds will arrive in your KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. Delays can occasionally occur due to network issues or bank off-hours restrictions, but extended delays are rare.
